Rally in the Valley FAQ

• WHAT? Rally in the Valley is a youth rally that will be happening at Kings Valley Wesleyan Church in Quispamsis, NB. It includes times of worship, speaking, games, fun stuff and more! 
• WHO? This event is open for all youth ages (Grades 6-12) 
• WHEN? Friday, May 2 — Saturday, May 3 (The tentative plan is to leave here @ 4:30 pm on Friday and be back Saturday by 10pm. 
• WHERE? Kings Valley is located in Quispamsis, NB. We’ll be staying at hotels within a 5-15 minute drive from the church (depending on where we book ourselves) 
• COST? The entire event is $75 — this includes the registration fee along with transportation and hotel costs. $45 is due by MARCH 30, along with registration forms. 

Other Notes: 

Registration forms and permission/medical slips are due by March 30 — that’s THIS SUNDAY!!

Youth Tonight

I’m still planning to have youth tonight! Your kids have been home bored all day and will probably be ready to get out and do something awesome, like attend the Shakedown! If anything changes, I’ll let you know, but I hope to see your kids @ youth tonight!   

All-Nighter!

Just a last minute update about the All-Nighter that’s happening tomorrow night @ the church!

•  Drop off your kids @ 7pm // Pick up your kids @ 7am
• Cost is $25 dollars — it’s due on arrival at the all-nighter
• Make sure your kids bring a swim suit, towel, and change of clothes, plus extra money for snacks at the bowing alley, movie theatre, and so on. 
• We’ll be out of the church from 9pm until app. 2:30am. If your child needs to go home early, you will need to track them down (check the schedule below)  
• Supper and breakfast are provided 

Here’s our schedule: 

• 7 pm — registration // hang-out // video games // etc. 
• 9 pm — travel to Nasis Indoor Pool 
• 9:15 – 10:15 pm — swimming 
• 10:15 — travel to Bowl-a-Drome (Main St, Northside) 
• 10:30 – 11:30 pm — Bowling 
• 11:30 – Supper (on the road // at the bowling alley) 
• 12:15 – Drive to movie theatre
• 12:30 – 2:00 am – Movie @ theater (“School of Rock”) 
• 2:30 – arrive back at church 
• 2:30 – 7am — Chaos @ the church (‘Underground Church’ game, Dodgeball tournament, video games, breakfast, clean-up, etc)
• 7 am — GO HOME!
